Order & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, Transit typically takes 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday). Total Delivery time is 3-8 business days (Monday to Friday) . Read more in our Shipping Policy.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly via our tracking page.

Returns & Refunds

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please note: the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Learn more in our Return and Refund Policy.

Once we receive and approved your return, refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Common reasons include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or bank restrictions. Try another method or contact your bank for help. Troubleshooting tips are in our Payment Policy.

Delivery Issues

If your package is missing or delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund if needed. Get help in our Shipping Policy.

If you're unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave your package at a local pickup point. You’ll receive notification with instructions.
